I offer a complimentary initial telephone consultation, which lasts 10 to 15 minutes.
Your first session
When we first meet we will spend some time talking about what you would like to gain from therapy. There will be space for any questions, fears or concerns, and we will consider how we might work together.
If I felt that I could not offer the best or most appropriate help for you, I may signpost you to another practitioner, or a service better suited to your needs.
